Shipping Info
- Pocket Arts.com offers our clients the very best in domestic and international shipping. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, all deliveries must be made to a residential or business address.
- For Security reasons, Pocket Arts.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay of your order as well as re-routing fees charged to your account.
- Do Note: We shall not be liable for any postage lost/damaged during the process. We thank you for your understanding.
Singapore Orders
- Pocket Arts.com offers FREE LOCAL POSTAGE for any 5 items and above.
- If you require registered postage, it will be additional SGD$2.30 per order within Singapore.
- Payment is to be made via Direct Bank Transfer using internet banking or ATM into our DBS/POSB Savings bank account.
- Kindly notify us on your order number and name after the transfer.

- Delivery will usually take 7 to 10 days upon verification of payment from the date of processing your orders. No cancellation or alteration shall be make thereafter.
International Orders
- For International orders, we charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery/courier service provider (Speedpost) and the selected mode of delivery in order to ship the ordered merchandise to you.
- Payment is to be made via Paypal.
- Kindly place your orders using the shopping cart or via email to shop@pocket-arts.com and we will get back to you on the available modes of shipping to your country.
Ship out time
- Upon clearance of the payment, we can normally ship out within 7 to 10 days.
- Though rarely happens, if there is an out-of-stock situation, you will be notified by email immediately and given the choice to cancel the order, change the order or wait for the re-supply.
Packing
- All goods are packed in thick, opaque brown bubble envelope whenever possible. For larger volume, carton box will be used. All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
